What if my package is lost?Updated 5 months ago
Refunds will NOT be issued on packaged deemed "delivered"- we will only be able to offer a replacement. We are only able to replace lost packages with the original size and style ordered. Orders are not eligible for return should a replacement package be sent.
In Transit:
Sometimes carriers will delay a package without any information. For this reason we do have to wait at least seven days of no movement from the last location recorded on the tracking information before moving forward with a replacement. If you think your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, make sure to email us at [email protected] to handle this.
Deemed Delivered:
Sometimes shipping carriers may mark your order as delivered before the package arrives to you. In this case, please allow an additional 3 business days. If you still do not have your items, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. We allow 7 days after the package has been deemed delivered to report a lost package.
Shipped to the wrong address?
If the incorrect address was inputted and the package has shipped and/or has been deemed delivered, we will not issue a refund or replacement package.
