💌 Returns Made Simple
We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out! If you need to send something back, here’s how it works:
✅ What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original packaging
With original tags attached
If it looks just like it did when it arrived, perfect!
🚫 What’s Final Sale?
The following items cannot be returned:
Items labeled 📦 Special Order Item
Wallpaper
Gift Cards
Gift Boxes
Digital Wall Art
All sale items
All international orders
These are considered final sale.
⏳ Return Timeframes
We offer two return windows:
Within 20 days of fulfillment:
Eligible for a refund back to your original form of payment.
21–45 days after fulfillment:
Eligible for store credit only.
After 45 days:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.
Please note:
Return label cost will be deducted from your refund.(Choosing store credit will waive the return shipping fee)
Once you choose a refund back to your original payment method, we cannot switch it to store credit later.
🎒 Backpacks & Tote Bags
Please provide photos of the tote bag and/or backpack like shown below to confirm all original packaging is in tact.
Tote bags and Backpacks are subject to a shipping & handling fee. 
💛 Late or Missing Refunds
We truly want every return to go smoothly! To ensure fairness to all of our customers, we’re only able to issue refunds for items that meet our return guidelines.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds for items that are:
Washed or worn
Stained
Returned with strong odors
Covered in animal hair
Returned damaged
Missing original tags
Marked as final sale
Received outside of our return window
Items that do not meet these requirements will be donated or responsibly recycled.

Caden Lane is not required to issue any store credit or refunds for item(s) that breach our return policy.
