Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same packaging that you received it with the original tags attached. 

Ineligible items include the following: Item(s) labeled '📩  Special Order Item.', Wallpaper, Travel Bags, Gift Cards, Gift Boxes. Digital Wall Art, and all sale items are final sale.

Backpacks and Tote Bags must be returned with all original packaging. A photo upload will be required once you have started the return process. 

All international purchases are final sale.

Return Period:

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since fulfillment, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund back on the original form of payment.

As an extended policy we allow 45 days to return for store credit. If 45 have gone by since fulfillment, we cannot offer you store credit or a refund.

Return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Once the return has been submitted for a refund back on the original form of payment, we cannot change the refund outcome to store credit.

Please provide photos of the tote bag and/or backpack like shown below to confirm all original packaging is in tact. 

Tote bags and Backpacks are subject to a shipping & handling fee. 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued due to any of the following reasons. The item(s) will be immediately donated or recycled. 


- Item(s) is washed or worn

- Item(s) have stains

- Item(s) have animal hair

- Item(s) is returned damaged 

- Item(s) do not have original tags attached 

- Item(s) are final sale 

- Item(s) are received outside of our return window


Caden Lane is not required to issue any refund for item(s) that breach our return policy.
