REFUNDS

Refunds normally take 2-4 business days, but some banks have even longer processing times. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. 

Tote bags and Backpacks are subject to a shipping & handling fee. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued due to any of the following reasons. The item(s) will be immediately donated or recycled. 

- Item(s) is washed or worn

- Item(s) have stains

- Item(s) have animal hair

- Item(s) is returned damaged 

- Item(s) do not have original tags attached 

- Item(s) are final sale 

- Item(s) are received outside of our return window

Caden Lane is not required to issue any refund for item(s) that breach our return policy. 

Once the return has been submitted for a refund back on the original form of payment, we cannot change the refund outcome to store credit.
