Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that some banks may take a little longer to post the funds to your account — we promise it’s on the way!

Please note:
Tote Bags and Backpacks are subject to a shipping & handling fee.


šŸ’› When Refunds Can’t Be Issued

We truly want every return to be successful! To keep our process fair for all customers, refunds can only be issued for items that meet our return guidelines.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds for items that are:

  • Washed or worn

  • Stained

  • Covered in animal hair

  • Returned damaged

  • Missing original tags

  • Marked as final sale

  • Received outside of our return window

Items that do not meet these requirements will be donated or responsibly recycled.


Caden Lane is not required to issue any tore credit or refund for item(s) that breach our return policy.Ā 



A Quick Note About Refund Selection

Once a return is submitted for a refund back to your original form of payment, we’re unable to switch the outcome to store credit later, and vice versaĀ  — so please choose the option that works best for you at the time of submission.
