My item is damaged. What do I do?Updated 2 months ago


If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition from transit, do not throw the item away. Please remember to include pictures of the item(s). Damaged claims must be filed within 18 days from the date it was marked delivered. 


If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at [email protected] or use the contact us form and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation. We are only able to replace damaged items with the original size and style ordered.


We are not responsible for any damages due to normal wear and tear. 

Our policy does not cover replacing items due to pilling, as it is within the nature of the fabric to a certain extent.


To reduce pilling, we recommend washing in cold water, with other bamboo fabrics, on a gentle cycle, then hanging to dry.
