Replacement Policy

Refunds are not issued for packages marked as ā€œdeliveredā€ by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we’re happy to offer a replacement — matching the original size and style you ordered. Please note, replaced packages cannot be returned once sent.


In Transit

Sometimes carriers take a little extra time, and tracking might not update. We ask that you wait at least seven days without movement from the last tracking location before requesting a replacement.

If you suspect your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, email us right away atĀ [email protected] so we can assist you promptly.

Marked as Delivered

Occasionally, carriers mark an order as delivered before it reaches you. If this happens, please allow an additional 3 business days for your package to arrive.

If your items still haven’t arrived after this time, contact our team at [email protected]. Packages can be reported as lost within 7 days of being deemed delivered.


Shipped to the Wrong Address

If an incorrect address was provided and the package has shipped or been marked delivered, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout — it helps ensure your treasures reach you safely! ✨
