Redeeming your points is super easy! 💛

Log in to your Caden Lane account here.
Visit our Rewards Page to see all your options.
If you’re on a mobile device, swipe through the carousel to redeem larger rewards.
Once redeemed, you’ll get a code that works just like a promo code — enter it at checkout to enjoy your reward!

A few things to note:

Only one promo or reward code can be applied per order.
If any discounts are automatically applied, they need to be removed before your reward code can be used.

Once a reward has been redeemed, we’re unable to reverse it and return the points to your account.

🔄 Can I Use More Than One Reward on a Purchase?

We know stacking rewards sounds fun, but due to a Shopify limitation, only one promo code or reward can be used per purchase. 💛

⏳ Do My Points or Redemptions Expire?
Here’s how it works for your Caden Lane rewards: 💛

Reward points expire after one year of inactivity, so be sure to redeem them!
Redeemed rewards (the points you’ve already converted) do not expire.
Birthday codes will expire after 30 days, so celebrate soon! 🎉

Returning an item purchased with a redeemed reward? No worries, the points will be added back to your account.
