- On the website: Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page. A pop-up will appear where you can sign in.
- On the mobile app: Tap the Account page to log in.
Once you're signed in, you can track orders, update your info, and enjoy your VIP perks. š
š Forgot Your Password?
No worries! On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the steps to reset it. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Your Caden Lane account is connected to our rewards program! Here's what you need to know:
- Earning points: You earn points with every purchase. Make sure you're signed into your account when checking out so your points are credited correctly.
- Redeeming points: Log into your account, visit the rewards page, and redeem your points for a discount code. If you're on your phone, swipe through the carousel to see all available reward tiers. Use the code at checkout just like a promo code!
- Points expiration: Points expire after one year of inactivity, so be sure to shop or redeem before they disappear!
- One code per order: Only one promo code or rewards code can be applied per order.
