🔄 Exchange Policy

While we don’t offer traditional exchanges, we’ve made the process simple!

If you need a different size or item, just select store credit as your return option. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive the full item amount on a gift card so you can repurchase exactly what you’d like. Easy peasy 💛

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, your item must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• With original tags attached

If it’s still in its original condition, you’re good to go!

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items labeled 📦 Special Order Item

• Wallpaper

• Travel Bags

• Gift Cards

• Gift Boxes

• Digital Wall Art

• All sale items

• All international purchases

• Items purchased at Pop-up events

These are considered final sale.

⏳ Exchange (Store Credit) Window

You have 45 days from fulfillment to return your item for store credit, if within policy.

After 45 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer store credit or a refund.

Please note:
Once you select store credit as your return outcome, we’re unable to switch it to a refund later.
