We are not able to cancel or modify any special order item(s) at any time once the item(s) has gone into production. Once the item(s) is in production, you will receive an email. Orders placed go into production almost immediately, so be sure to double-check your order before placing it. 

Any changes to item(s) that are not special made items and have not been fulfilled can be changed by reaching out to us with the desired changes.
