This is a membership that delivers the cutest pjs to your door every month. Simply sign up, choose your preferences, and we'll handle the rest! - What's included in each MiniMail box/plan?
Each delivery includes one item in the style of your choice: Footie, Convertible Zip Romper, or 2 Piece Set. - How much does MiniMail cost?
All memberships start at $27.99! Once you’re signed up, you’ll always receive exclusive, discounted membership pricing on that same style for as long as your membership is active. - Can I have more than one MiniMail Membership?
Absolutely! You can have multiple memberships at the same time, perfect for growing babes, gifting, or stocking up on favorites! All of your memberships will be billed together in one single charge.
Account & Billing
- How do I manage my MiniMail?
You can easily manage your membership details, including skipping a month, changing your plan, or updating payment information, directly from your online account dashboard. - When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on the day you sign up and automatically on that same date each month thereafter (e.g., sign up on 02/05, next billing on 03/05). - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal, ShopPay, AmazonPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay. - How do I update my billing or shipping address?
You can change both your billing and shipping information within the "My Account" section of our website. Please ensure updates are made one week before shipment to apply to the next shipment. - Can I add more items to my MiniMail?
Yes! If you’re loving your membership style, you can add matching items as a one-time purchase at the same sweet, discounted rate. For example, if your membership is for a footie, you can add extra footies at that same special price—perfect for backups, siblings, or gifting 🍼✨
Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship?
Our MiniMail service is currently available in the U.S. only, but we hope to bring it to more friends soon! ✨ - How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping is always free for all MiniMail orders and typically ships within 2-3 business days. - How do I track my order?
Once your MiniMail has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. - What if my MiniMail is lost or damaged?
If there's any problem with your MiniMail, please Contact Us right away. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Cancellations & Returns
- What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our curated products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with a specific item, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. - How do I cancel my MiniMail?
You can cancel your MiniMail anytime through the "My Account" page. You can cancel all the way up until the day before your membership is billed. For example, if your membership bills on 1/08, you’ll just need to cancel by 4:59 PM CST on 1/07 so it doesn’t renew. Easy peasy! - Can I pause or skip a month instead of canceling?
Yes! If you're going on vacation or just need a break, you can pause or skip a shipment in your account settings without fully canceling your MiniMail. - Can I make changes to my MiniMail order?
Yes, but with a tiny heads-up! Edits can’t be made within 7 days of your renewal date, since your goodies are already getting prepped for you by then.
Loyalty, Discounts & Rewards
- Do MiniMail orders earn loyalty points?
They sure do! You’ll earn loyalty points for every dollar spent on your MiniMail order. - Can I use my loyalty points on a MiniMail order?
You sure can! Rewards can be applied to MiniMail orders, making your dreamy jammies even dreamier🌙 - Can I use a discount code with my MiniMail?
MiniMail is already extra-specially discounted, which means we aren’t able to stack more discounts on top. So sorry about that!
